Beginner Novice Dog Agility Class
This dog agility class is suitable for dogs who have successfully completed a Basic Dog Training Class, but have
not yet been introduced to dog agility obstacles. The class will cover introduction to dog agility obstacles, "agility specific"
obedience commands, and short sequences of dog agility obstacles. The course will run in six week increments. Cost is $75.00
for each six week set of classes. Enrollment is open as long as there is space available in the classes.
Class is offered on Wednesdays at 7pm and Thursdays at 7pm.
Novice/Competition Dog Agility Class
This dog agility class is suitable for agility dogs who have been successfully trained to negotiate all dog agility obstacles
safely. Participants will be coached in a manner that will allow them to pursue dog agility competitions with their dogs.
Class will cover sequencing, handling skills, directional commands, course analysis, and nutrition & conditioning
for the canine athlete. The course will run in six week increments. Cost is $75 for each six week set of classes. The course
is offered on Fridays at 1pm. New handlers wishing to join the class will be evaluated by the instructor on basic obstacle
skills and obedience skills in order to be approved for the class. Enrollment is open as long as there is space available
in the class.
Private Dog Agility Lessons
Suitable for dogs of any level of skill. Dog Agility Private lessons consist of one half hour of instruction with
the trainer and one half hour of field practice with dog agility obstacles and sequences. Lessons are paid for in advance
in 4 lesson increments. Cost is $110.00.
